El Carmen plaid blanket is a product from the limited artisanal Handmade by Peruvian Artisans line.

Thick blanket made of alpaca and PIMA cotton

Products made of alpaca wool, thanks to their excellent thermal properties, do not need to be as thick as those made of sheep’s wool. Unlike other alpaca blankets, El Carmen is a thick and quite heavy blanket.

The yarn used in the production, this blanket combines the wool of a rare breed of alpaca – Suri and Peruvian organic Pima Cotton, provides excellent thermal properties. It is not only thick but also very warm.

Hand-woven blanket by artisans in Peru

This is a unique product that we waited several months for but it was worth it. It is hand knitted by artisans from Peru from fluffy, soft yarn 50% FS alpaca and 50% organic pima cotton.

An absolutely unique, one-of-a-kind product, available only in single items.
